Shipping within the Czech Republic

Shipping to other EU countries
We ship with PPL (DHL Group) to the following countries. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Prices are in Czech crowns and are converted to euros at the current exchange rate in the cart; free shipping applies to domestic orders only.

The exact shipping price is shown in the cart before you complete the order, according to the delivery country you select. All shipments are sent from the Czech Republic (EU), so no customs duties or import VAT apply within the EU.
Store pickup
You can collect your order free of charge at our store, Otýlie Beníškové 6, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic. We will e-mail you when the order is ready; please come only after receiving the notice.
Payment methods
- Payment card online (Stripe): Secure card payment through the Stripe payment gateway. After the payment you receive a confirmation by e-mail and we dispatch the order.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: One-touch payment through Stripe, offered automatically on devices that support it.
- Bank transfer (SEPA): You receive the payment details (IBAN and BIC of our account at Česká spořitelna) in the order confirmation. Orders in EUR are paid to our EUR account. We dispatch the order once the payment arrives.
- Store credit: Credit from card buyback or the loyalty programme can be used for the whole order or part of it.
- Cash on pickup: At our store in Pilsen you can pay in cash or by card when collecting the order.
We dispatch the goods once the payment reaches our account. For bank transfers, please use the order number as the payment reference (variable symbol).
We do not offer cash on delivery. With collectible cards it significantly increases the number of uncollected parcels, and we would have to pass that cost on to everyone's shipping. Payment in advance lets us keep shipping prices low.
