Returns and Withdrawal

Right to withdraw within 14 days

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods (for multiple items, from receipt of the last delivery). The deadline is met if you send the withdrawal before it expires.

Withdraw online

The easiest way: fill in the form and we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail right away.

Other ways to withdraw

• An unambiguous statement of withdrawal by e-mail to obchod@btcin.cz, or by post to the store address (you may use the model form below; it is not mandatory).
• Then send or hand over the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days, to: Otýlie Beníškové 6, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Refund

We will refund the money (including delivery costs up to the cheapest delivery method offered) within 14 days of the withdrawal, usually to the bank account you specify (for payments from abroad, please provide your IBAN and BIC). We are not obliged to refund the payment before you hand over the goods to us or prove that you have sent them.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to become familiar with their nature and characteristics.

When withdrawal is not possible (Section 1837 of the Civil Code)

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• Sealed products with random content: boosters, booster boxes and displays, blind boxes, random card packs and similar products whose specific content is not known before opening and whose value is determined by an element of chance. The right of withdrawal is excluded for these goods, because the integrity of the factory seal cannot be reliably verified after return and the right could be abused to pick out valuable contents; the buyer is informed of this exclusion before the contract is concluded, directly on the product page.
• Goods that have been irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery.
• Other cases exhaustively listed in Section 1837 of the Civil Code.

For the avoidance of doubt: for individual cards (singles), used or second-hand goods and goods ordered for the customer from a supplier (“made to order”), the right of withdrawal within 14 days applies in full; these are not goods customised to the consumer’s requirements within the meaning of Section 1837(d).
