Privacy Policy
Effective from 6. 6. 2026
This policy describes how BTCin Corporate s.r.o. (the “controller”) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Identification and contact data: name and surname, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address.
- Order and payment data: order contents, bank account number (for card buyback and refunds), purchase history.
- User account and game campaign data: login e-mail, nickname, game score and mana.
- Technical data: IP address, device data and cookies (see Cookies).

4. Photographs and video from events
At events held in our game room (tournaments, grand opening, community evenings and the like) we take photographs and video recordings that we may publish on the website and social networks to promote the game room and look back at past events. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. You have the right to object to this processing and to request the removal of a specific photograph in which you appear, by e-mail to obchod@btcin.cz. Photographs sent in by visitors are published only after our review.
5. Retention period
We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes: order data for the duration of the contract and the statutory periods (in particular tax documents for 10 years under the VAT Act and accounting documents for 5 years), marketing data until consent is withdrawn, and user account data until the account is deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
We share data only to the extent necessary with the following categories of recipients:
- Carriers: Zásilkovna s.r.o., PPL CZ s.r.o. (delivery of goods).
- Payment and banking service providers.
- IT and hosting providers (operation of the website and e-mail communication).
- Accountants and tax advisers.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA, except where some IT service providers do so under the conditions of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be made by e-mail to obchod@btcin.cz.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
