Terms and Conditions
Effective from 6. 6. 2026
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store operated at manavault.cz.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version of the Terms prevails. The contract is governed by Czech law.

II. Introductory provisions
These Terms apply to the purchase of goods (collectible cards, board games, accessories and sealed products) through the ManaVault online store. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed in particular by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, and, where the buyer is a consumer, also by Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
A consumer is a natural person who does not act within the scope of their business activity. The provisions concerning consumers do not apply to buyers purchasing within the scope of their business (who state a company ID).
III. User account
After registration, the buyer may access their user account. The buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information and to update it in the event of any change. The seller considers the information in the account to be correct. The buyer must protect their login details; the seller is not liable for their misuse by a third party.
IV. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The presentation of goods in the e-shop is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Section 1732(2) of the Civil Code. The buyer completes the order by submitting it in the shopping cart; by doing so, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The contractual relationship (purchase contract) is established upon delivery of the order confirmation (acceptance), which the seller sends to the buyer at the e-mail address provided. The seller reserves the right not to confirm an order or to withdraw from it, in particular where the goods are out of stock or cannot be delivered, where there is an obvious error in the price or description, or where the buyer’s identity cannot be verified.
V. Price of goods and payment terms
Prices are stated with each item as final, including VAT where applicable (excluding shipping). Shipping costs are listed in the Shipping and payment section and in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
The buyer pays the price of the goods and the delivery costs by payment card online through the secure Stripe payment gateway (operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) or by bank transfer. The order is completed upon successful payment; the buyer receives a confirmation by e-mail. The goods remain the property of the seller until paid in full.
VI. Delivery of goods
Shipping methods and prices are listed in the Shipping and payment section. Goods are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after the payment is received, unless stated otherwise. The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt; visible transport damage should be reported to the carrier immediately.
VII. Withdrawal from the contract (consumers)
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Details, conditions and a model form are available in the Returns and withdrawal section.
VIII. Rights arising from defective performance (complaints)
Rights and obligations arising from defective performance are governed by the Complaints procedure and the applicable legislation. A consumer may notify a defect within 24 months of receipt.
IX. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
X. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
The body competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, ID 000 20 869, www.coi.cz (platform adr.coi.cz). The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
XI. Final provisions
The seller may amend or supplement the wording of these Terms; this does not affect rights and obligations that arose while the previous wording was in effect. If any provision is invalid or ineffective, it shall be replaced by a provision whose meaning is as close as possible to the invalid one.
These Terms are effective from the date stated above.
